- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in sales, recruitment, channel development, or field operations
- Sales/Agent management experience, preferably in Telecom, Banking, or Insurance
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Independent, results-driven, and willing to travel
