3. Job Advertisements

Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their job advertisements. SomniengJob may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable requirements.

4. Candidate Applications

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents they submit. Applying for a job does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment.

5. Prohibited Content

• Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful job advertisements.
• Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempts to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Spam or repeated submissions intended to misuse the service.

6. Service Changes

SomniengJob may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or legal compliance.

7. Limitation

SomniengJob does not guarantee that every job advertisement is accurate, that a candidate will receive a response, or that employment will result from use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the updated terms.
