Prepare and verify shipping documents such as:
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Delivery Orders (D/O)
- Packing Lists
- Commercial Invoices
- Customs Documentation
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics services.
- Proactively resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Other jobs will be assigned by Department leader

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or import / export is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure effectively.
- Ability to take responsibility and manage oneself.
- Ability to use English in a work context.
