Job Description
✔ Client Acquisition: Identify, source, and assess high-potential SME customers to meet credit and loan targets.
✔ Credit Evaluation: Collect and evaluate borrower documentation, including deep analysis of customer financial statements, cash flow, and business viability.
✔ Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor large loan accounts (often >$200K) to maintain credit quality, checking on disbursement and repayments.
✔ Cross-Selling: Pushes cross-selling of secondary bank products and services (such as mobile banking, POS terminals, QR setups, and corporate deposits) to both new and existing corporate profiles.
✔ Reporting: Prepare standard loan assessment reports, pipeline updates, and credit risk evaluations for submission to upper management.

Job Requirements
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
✔ Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of direct experience in SME lending, credit auditing, or commercial relationship management within a financial institution.
✔ Languages: Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Khmer. (Proficiency in Chinese is often considered a strong asset for cross-border SME relationships).
✔ Analytical Skills: Strong capability in mathematical and statistical concepts to accurately compute ratios, fraction metrics, and analyze financial data profiles.
✔ Tech Literacy: Competency in typing (Khmer/English) and utilizing core productivity software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✔ Work Ethic: Strong negotiation capacity, problem-solving skills, and a proven willingness to handle target-driven stress or occasional overtime.
