Senior Stock Officer

• Complete all Stock Transfer, Adjustment, and Verifying in Vista or QuickBooks and send report to Supervisor daily to be accountability and accuracy
• Ensuring on life time of products (Expiry date) and keep the team update
• Maintain the warehouse and Main Store Room (MSR) in a clean, organized, and secure manner.
• Controlling on Stock delivery with Operations branch to be punctual and shortage the missed or late delivery
• Tracking on delivery schedule with supplier/ delivery team
• Maintain proper stock arrangement in MSR and cleaning when needed
• Physically verify all incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) for quantity, quality, and technical specifications.
• Monthly Counting and Closing Stock Report, Petty Cash Report.
• Arrange stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to minimize waste and ensure easy accessibility for the F&B team.
• Facilitate and controlling on document state movement of stock from the MSR to F&B counters or between different cinema locations.
• Lead the Monthly Stock Count and Closing Stock Report at the end of every month.
• Other Task assigned by Manager

Job Requirement
• 3+ years in stock/inventory control or other related F&B experienced
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and favorable in Vista, AME and Xilnex
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Supply chain management experience
• Possess good communication and personal skills.
• Able to speak English/ Chinese is high encourage
• Honest and hard-working.
